Psychotherapy fees are not covered by OHIP; however, many employer's extended health benefits will cover or partially cover the fee for therapists that are registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, (RSW).   Please note that Corey’s Masters Degree is in Counselling Psychology and his undergrad is in Social Work. It is advisable to check with your benefits plan to determine if coverage is available prior to initiating counselling.  

 

Psychotherapy services provided by Registered Social Workers (RSWs) can also be claimed as a medical expense tax deduction when you file your income tax return. 

 

Corey’s fees are competitive and follow the Fee Guidelines set out by the Ontario Association of Social Workers.  Fees are payable by cheque, cash, e-transfers, Visa or Mastercard and are collected at the end of each session.
